A gift to the big banks

Working people in Petrie know that we need more investment in local schools & hospitals - not a massive handout for the big banks.

That's why it's so outrageous that Luke Howarth voted 5 times
to
give the big banks a $17 billion corporate tax cut.

Luke Howarth voted 8 times
to cut penalty rates

At the same time Luke Howarth is voting in support of giving the big banks
a $17 billion corporate tax cut, he has also voted to give local workers a pay cut.

Luke Howarth voted 8 times to cut workers' penalty rates despite
local workers urging him not to.

In Petrie these cuts will hit 3,045 people.

To add insult, on the very same day that these locals had their penalty rates cut
again on 1 July this year, Luke Howarth received a pay rise of $4,507.
